2 fellow Emersonians are looking to share their apartment with another Emersonian in Burbank.
We are non smoking, Drug free, and Tidy. Our apt is fully furnished. The room for rent has an ikea bed and a desk that the new roomie is more than welcome to use. The apartment is with in walking distance of media center, has 2.5 bathrooms, 2 floors, a fire place, small dinning room, very small patio, and garage parking.
The room for rent is 640 a month, and require a $50 credit and background check.
