We are Globe Marketing and Advertising Distributors (GMAD), a highly successful Internet Marketing division of Torchmark Corporation, a Fortune 600 company located in Culver City. Our rapidly expanding Internet group is looking to hire a sharp Internet Marketing Specialist with 3-10 years experience. This position is a great opportunity for an analytically-minded marketer with a passion for the Internet, E-commerce and marketing who is looking for growth potential and a stable position with a solid organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Set up, trafficking, and optimization of search marketing (SEO, SEM) and other online advertising projects.
2. Web Campaign/Project Management; management of vendor relationships
3. Work closely with programmers to set up tracking codes and ensure data and reporting accuracy of campaigns
4. Develop, manage and prepare reports and data exports from web campaigns.
5. Work with reporting and search management tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Hyperion, etc. Must be extremely proficient with Excel.
6. Must be highly cognizant of all departmental activities that impact Internet Acquisition Marketing. Constant communication and documentation with all stakeholders will be integral part of position
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE **Candidate MUST have experience in a direct response/direct marketing environment that includes high-volume e-commerce or lead-gen.** No Exceptions.
1. Working knowledge of PPC, Content buys, and other search marketing disciplines for high volume/large budget campaigns.
2. Media Buy Trafficking
3. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
5. Strong analytic and quantitative abilities; proficient in Excel and in manipulating data, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
6. Ability to prioritize, multitask ,and handle pressures and deadlines.
7. Must be very tech-savvy. Experience with marketing software and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Hyperion/Brio, SEO tools. Some HTML experience. Ability to teach yourself how to use unfamiliar software.
